State Route 328 is an arc-shaped route in northeast Georgia. From its southern terminus at S.R. 59 in Lavonia, the route runs north towards Lake Hartwell. The route then runs west, exiting Franklin County and entering Stephens County. The route then reaches its northern terminus at S.R. 17 southeast of Toccoa. The route serves to provide access to Lake Hartwell and Tugaloo State Park.
